NEW ENTRY FOR EXISTING FACILITY
Various proposals are being considered as Stage 2 works for Facilities currently undergoing Accomodation supplement upgrades. Entries have been targeted as they reinforce the Facility Image.

FACADE UPGRADE FOR EXISTING FACILITY
Strong industry knowlege helps ICE architects deliver imaginative and cost effective upgrades to Residential Care Facilities and their exterior recreational spaces.
Selected facilities in the group have been targeted for facade make-overs to provide a more contempory image.

PROPOSED NEW WING FOR EXISTING FACILITY
Stage 3 works have been targeted for suitable existing facilitie. ICE architects background with service Authorities have enabled easement consolidation & subsequent new oportunities to be realised. Options include new accomodation wings with luxury fittings and spacious rooms in order to provide more diverse accomodation options and attract higher RAD's.
HIGHER ACCOODATION SUPPLIMENT WORKS: EXISTING FACILITIES
Proposals were considered for works eligible for Higher Accomodation Supplement funding. Various options from Minimum spend bedroom and ensuite upgrades to entire makeovers were proposed and costed allowing board members to make informed decisions as to the best way to move forward |
